Like many of my patients, I thought that age and several well-known cardiac disease risk factors, such as hypertension, smoking, elevated cholesterol, diabetes and family history were enough to explain majority of aging, including inevitable heart and vascular diseases. Dr. Druz is board-certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine with subspecialty certifications in Nuclear Cardiology, Adult Echocardiography and Cardiac Computed Tomography.
